Description
Coming from the leg we use boneless lamb rump for our steaks. The lamb rump has a tender flavoursome cut which can be slow cooked, bbq, or pan fried. You can either select to have your lamb steaks plain or marinated in mint and rosemary. Our lambs are sourced locally in Gippsland or Victoria.
