You can’t get a much better cut of lamb than the cutlet / rack. Being a leaner cut of lamb the cutlets are an excellent cut to fry or bbq. The lamb rack is a great option for those that enjoy a quick tender full flavoured lamb roast. Our lambs are sourced locally in Gippsland or Victoria.
