Lamb forequarter or bbq chops are an excellent way to add some flavour into your casserole as they are on the bone but will easily fall off after slow cooking. Forequarter chops are also just as good placed on the grill or bbq to be cooked. Our lambs are sourced locally in Gippsland or Victoria.
