We source our meat from local Gippsland farmers that sustainably farm their animals.

Our full range of smallgoods are gluten-free, so this includes the following items: bacon, ham, cabanas, kransky. Our range of sausages are gluten free and we also have some other specific items in our gluten free section.

Head to our website and click on the ‘Shop’ button top right hand side. All orders need to be completed by close of business the day before your order is required.   For example for Wednesday delivery your order needs to be placed Monday.

For pick up orders during checkout select pick up and then date and a time.

Your order must be placed 48 hours before you require delivery to your
suburb. Pick-up orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.

Our products that are available for delivery are on our website, if there’s something missing, best to pop into our shop in Rosedale at 32 Prince Street, or call us on 5199 2210.

Currently we delivery to the following areas of a Wednesday. Delivery is between 10am and 2pm.


Your orders will be packed in paper bags or a box. If you require it to be kept cold please let us know in the delivery notes and we will pack your order in an insulated box.

You will receive an order confirmation from our website. Payment will be processed through our payment gateway at the time of ordering.

Rosedale Butchers will deliver your order in our refrigerated van. 

For any orders of more than $75, delivery is free of charge.

Any orders that are less than $75, a delivery charge of $10 will apply.

If you’re wanting delivery direct to your door, and aren’t there to receive it, your order could be recirculated, which would hold up the delivery and effect the freshness of your order! We will therefore leave your order at your chosen delivery address, if there is a safe place to leave. If you’re not going to be home, or it can’t be left anywhere, please consider whether pick-up is a better option. Please leave out an esky at your front door.

No sorry we are unable to provide this service at the moment. When you order please place a reminder on your phone for your delivery day.

Rosedale Butchers is closed on a Sunday and on all Public Holidays and will not process orders or deliver on these days.

We know things can change quickly, if you need to cancel your order, we can defer your delivery to the following week or offer you the option of pick up.

In the unfortunate circumstance where a product is out of stock, we will advise you promptly so that you may consider an alternative product or request a full refund.

Dependant on the circumstances, Rosedale Butchers may either replace the product or provide a refund if the product is defective.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with a valid reason and photographic evidence of any spoilage.
Subject to acceptance by Rosedale Butchers a purchase replacement or refund will be processed promptly and the customer to dispose of spoiled goods. Refunds are paid by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Rosedale Butchers.

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Please choose carefully because refunds and exchange are not available if you simply change your mind.
  • Refund requests must be clearly referenced and include your order number, full name, address and other contact information.
