Our Strasburg is made in-house using local pork and beef. Stras makes for a great snack or is perfect on a sandwich. We have been using the same herb and spice mix for 20 years.

These guys put together the best range of meats for my Christmas celebrations. Our roasts were delicious, plump and tender. Also recommend the breakfast snags and lamb steaks, super tasty and not fatty. Thanks guys great service always friendly!
