Our famous bacon has been made in Rosedale using local pork since the 80’s which everyone has come to love. There are many ways to purchase our bacon –
Full Loin – Full rasher of bacon including the loin and belly.
Short Loin – Eye of the loin with a small tail.
Streaky – Belly bacon contains fat but more flavour.
Forequarter – Coming from the forequarter means this is a little sweeter. It is round which fits perfectly in a roll or is easy to dice up for a recipe.
