Description
Round steak or BBQ steak comes from the butt of the beef. It can either be sliced thinly for a steak sandwich, stripped for stri-fry or diced for a quicker stew.
We have been lucky enough to build a relationship with a local farmer in Kilmany which has allowed us to support a local farmer while sourcing the quality beef that we sell.
