Pork chops provide for an excellent meal as the eye is lean with a nice layer of fat on the outside which can crackle. Our pork chops come from the pigs we source from Seaspray which have amazing flavour. You can grill, roast, or BBQ pork chops. It is best to cook your chops over medium-high heat 7 – 10 minutes each side to allow for crackle, while staying juicy.
