Description
We have selected a certain Australian cheese to use in our kranskys to achieve the right flavour. A mix of pork and beef with a little garlic is added to the seasoning mix to achieve the great flavour. We use natural casings to make our kranskys which can either be boiled, fried or eaten cold.
